This person should be well versed Oracle eBusiness Suites Financial Applications and possess excellent written and communication skills. *Responsibilities* - Lead a team of five Oracle EBS Financial support analysts to perform the following: - Resolve support events within Service Level Agreement time frames. - Assess and triage production issues. Escalate issues to management as appropriate. - Deliver defect-free enhancements that are compliant with industry and application best practices. - Using Computer Aid's metric based support methodology and tools, perform analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues. - Proactively provide guidance and consulting to the client on Oracle opportunities, risks, challenges, etc. that impact the organization. - Establish a solid communication plan that improves customer satisfaction with end user community and client IT management. - Develop an approach to provide valuable, continuous training for team members.
