*Please send me Local Candidates for the below mentioned position.* *Job Title: Interim Director Revenue Cycle Applications * *Location: San Diego, CA * *Duration: 6 months* *Experience Req:* > - Operational knowledge of hospital and physician billing. > - Development, system configuration and report writing experience. > - Experience with Epic revenue cycle applications. > Experience (select one) 10+ years experience required > - Recent experience in a manager role overseeing revenue cycle professionals, incl. charge capture specialists, analysts, developers and project managers. > - Proven ability to manage large, complex projects that span multiple departments and team members in an interdisciplinary environment, with ability to facilitate the timely resolution of issues across organizational boundaries. > - Demonstrated ability to improve EHR charge capture workflows including charge capture accuracy/reconciliation and revenue/productivity reporting/analysis. > - Applied knowledge of quality and process improvement techniques/tools. > - Ability to improve operational processes and metrics through the development or implementation of new workflows and advanced technologies and/or optimization of established processes and systems. > Candidates for this position will need to know revenue cycle from an operational and system stand point, have revenue cycle expertise in pediatrics and in California, EPIC knowledgeable, and knows revenue cycle facilities in a clinical environment.
