This is brand new development rewriting the Benchmark application so design and development is critical to this role. · *Technology: We are seeking a strong Java developer. This role is 60% server side and 40% UI. The technical stack includes core Java/J2EE, JMS, multi-threading (this is a plus), Web Services, Oracle, Web 2.0, AngularJS, Spring and Hibernate. The core Java experience is more important than the UI work but it would be great for this candidate to have both.* · We are also seeking SQL coding skills to be able to work with the data. We use Oracle on the back end. · The development work is both on backend and front end. · Application is data intensive and experience in dealing with large volumes of data is required · Excellent Communication skills are required · Financial services are preferred, but we are open to any industry · Strong communication skills as there will be business user interaction. · Experience in working with offshore team is a plus. They will not be managing a team but will be required to take ownership of the work and will be providing technical direction to the group. This is a Lead Role as a RTH – potentially to convert within 3-6 months.
