Extensive experience in implementing QA standards, procedures and controls. · Lead the implementation of the QA Practice processes, controls, and strategy including tools usage and quality assurance deliverables which will be used to ensure delivery of a quality product as determined by the project requirements. Estimate and summarize the QA work efforts for the project including test automation and performance testing as applicable. · Review the work deliverables of the test team. · Coordinate activities leading to a successful testing of the application under test. · Coach/mentor the test team on the testing best practices and tools usage. · Define and collect metrics for analysis and reporting to measure quality assurance effectiveness. Identify trends and provide feedback by producing QA reports. Provide information on the health of the project in terms of quality.
