Consultant must be onsite Monday through end of day Thursday each week. Potential duration can be 1+ years!!! Resource needs to understand the TFS Build System (MSBuild). The resource also needs to understand how to deploy the system to Azure. The system has multiple components most running under IIS (web worker role in Azure). The Build Master would automate the deployment and thus would have to experience with scripting technologies such as PowerShell.
