Please let me know your thoughts. 3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Experience in Project Management of complex, cross-functional and multi-organization technology projects with a variety of key project stakeholders. Experience should include a variety of application development, COTS implementation and technology infrastructure projects. - Experience in analyzing and documenting business (functional) and system (technical) requirements. - Experience as a database administrator, web database developer, business analyst, systems analyst or other information systems technician working with a variety of technology resources. - Experience in managing Application Development projects using Java technologies with an Oracle database. - Hands-on experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. - Demonstrated experience and knowledge of formal project management methodologies such as PMIs PMBOK, Waterfall and Agile methods and the NYS Project Management Guidebook. - ScrumMaster Certification. - Practical experience in effective team building, facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to work and communicate with diverse groups. - Master’s Degree in a business or technology discipline.
