Thanks.!!! *Job Title: Project Manager- FX Location: Jersey City, New Jersey* *Duration: 6 months +* * GC/USC Only.* * MUST HAVE FOREX EXPERIENCE* Project Summary Scope of the project involves strategic development and enhancements to the platforms supporting FX domain. This includes new functionalities, regulatory projects. Project is executed in a global delivery model including business and development centers in NY and NJ. Main Accountabilities • Primary tasks include but are not limited to: o Ability to track multiple projects and identify synergies across the program o Bring together group of high performing individual contributors to accomplish project goals o Technical background is desired to interact with individual contributors, not required to be hands on. o Ability to coach and mentor the functional, development, infrastructure and QA teams o Prepare risk/issues register across the program and drive the resolutions o Work closely with the all teams in coming with design & solution document o Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects. o Interact with third party vendors and ensure timely delivery and compliance with contract o Ensure the business priorities are met and communicate the same with business team ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED (What skills/experiences must this person have to even be considered?) Required: *• 8+ years of experience as PM with good knowledge in Forex/Capital Markets/Prime Brokerage/Collateral/Securities Lending • Strong project management of technical projects in modern technologies. Experience in legacy mainframe systems is a plus • Strong Analytical skills with PMP* • Investment banking domain experience (preferably in collateral) and Business Analysis • Ability to manage teams across time zones and project planning • Excellent communication and written skills.
