Technical/Functional Skills
:
· Expertise with IBM Business Process Designer V8.0
· Expertise with IBM Business Process Designer V8.5
· Experience in modeling simple and complex business
process definitions
· Experience in developing and using integration
services (Webservice integration, Java integration, Content Integration)
· Experience using and developing Advanced integration
services
· Experience developing Decision Services
· Experience implementing decision gateways and events
· Experience developing and configuring UCAs
· Experience in building and configuring Human Services
and Coaches
· Experience in developing and using toolkits
· Experience in process simulation / testing using
Process Inspector
· Expertise in testing and troubleshooting
· Expertise in messaging / asynchronous patterns (MQ
and JMS)
· 6-8 years of technology relevant development
experience
· Experience leading teams and managing deliverables
· Experience in developing KPIs and tracking events
· MQ Experience
· Experience in developing Ajax Services
Java
· Java – Experience in Java. Minimum V6, higher
versions preferred
· Knowledge of J2EE technologies is required eg JSP,
servlets, EJBs, JDBC, JSF etc
· SOA experience is required – Webservices (WSDL/Schema
Design), XML , XML Parsers
· Knowledge of change management processes
· Knowledge and experience of build and deploy process
· Expertise in testing and troubleshooting
Roles & Responsibilities
· Function as a solution architect within the phases of
an IT program, including development of future state designs and
specifications for application and technical architectures
· Contribute to the overall alignment of IT delivery to
the needs of the business.
· Review and assess impact of proposed technologies to
the enterprise architecture
· Effectively communicate technical information to numerous
audiences (including senior management), develop relationships inside and
outside of IT, deliver difficult messages and technical recommendations,
and influence others to change their approach.

:
