Experience related to Shared Services Framework (SSF) required
Experience in multi-functional multi-country based operation including
India
Require SSF with predominant Finance and Customer Support function
Need exposure to End to end Service Request with reports for the
incidents
Coordination experience with Client Different Groups working in SSF
Very good functional resource is required - Functionally has to have
extremely good exposure and proven experience in Share Service Framework of
SAP CRM
Proven Skills of understanding various nuances of SSF and have that as
core expertise
New Resources have to prove themselves as they will need to be
productive on day 1
