*Carrying out requirement analysis for the new enhancements raised by the
customers. • Translating and identifying the functional specifications of
the enhancements. • Developing the code before the deadline mentioned. •
Perform unit testing/ integration testing with pro-active levels of
performance tuning. • Receive customer feedback and approval for the code.
• Deploy the code in production environment and managing the version
control of the code in clear case server. • Analyze and fix production
issues /defects faced by the users. • Ensuring transfer of knowledge of the
enhancement / fix to the support team and update the KT document and
application manual. •Troubleshoot issues reported by Business on priority,
and analyze the fixes from offshore team. •Co-ordinate with offshore team
for all development work and provide timely support, getting their queries
resolved • Production support in 24*7 Environment Support and Resolving
Severity 1, Severity 2 and Severity 3 tickets as per the SLA •Understand
existing environment and business of various source systems •Discuss
reported issues directly with the user and act to resolve immediately
•Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks •Good written and oral
communication*
