This person must have expert level development skills with SSIS and TSQL, very strong schema design and refactoring skills and will have expertise in a high volume, high availability OLTP system. Must have experience constructing and optimizing queries for high volume/availability, real time deployments and will have experience with SSAS. Strong theoretical and practical data modeling skills are a must.
