· Must have overall 10+ years of experience in Testing ETL / Front
end / WebService / PeopleSoft applications
· At least 5+ years of experience in providing Consulting &
Strategy for Test Automation & Performance
· Ability to assess different Technology / Application and provide
recommendation
· Experience in Test Data Management would be a plus
· Good communication skills, ability to interact with Client
Stakeholders including top management
· Must be able to interact with Senior management as well as
technical leaders in identifying scope, bottlenecks as well as recommend
solutions
