In this role, you will:
Participate in the regular (8 times a year) publication of our large
requirements baseline repository to include all changes defined by projects
within each release. This process includes tasks such as –
- The incorporation of project requirement documentation (MS Word) into the
requirements baseline repository contained within the requirements
management tool, IBM Rational RequisitePro. This task further includes
specifying relationships between requirements (tracing).
- The incorporation of eligibility specific requirements into the
requirements baseline repository via entry into a complex MS Excel
spreadsheet.
- Working with Business Analysts to obtain clarification and/or missing
information required to incorporate project requirements documentation into
the baseline repository.
- Validation that requirement updates defined in project requirement
documentation has been accurately updated into the baseline repository
(RequisitePro, Excel).
- Facilitate task dependencies such as identifying project documentation as
full incorporated and ready for validation by documenting work progress and
task execution.

8:00am to 5:00pm

Basic Qualifications - 7 plus years of technical writing or business
analysis experience, ideally in internet/intranet-based business systems or
e-business consulting Minimum Qualifications - Ability to take complex
problems and break them into well-organized, logical, and detailed
descriptions to facilitate problem solving - Must be able to work and learn
independently, and take direction from different individuals and manager. -
Must be a self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines
- Excellent inter-personal and partnering skills to facilitate effective
working relationships - Commitment to being part of a team and working
within a diverse environment - Ability to be highly organized and effective
within a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills - Expertise in the usage
of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio -
Experience with an industry-standard Requirements Management tool such as
RequisitePro or Doors - Previous experience in financial services and
online banking - If previous Business Analysis Experience * Solid
understanding/knowledge and practical experience using RUP * Experience
with use case centric requirements (Use Cases, Business Rules,
Supplementals, etc...)
