Position- SAP FI with HCM Payroll Integration through ALE configuration Duration-6+months
Location- Fort Smith, AR Job Description- *Technical/Functional Skills* · SAP FI (Techno-Functional) resource who has knowledge with Payroll integration from External SAP system · In-depth understanding of SAP Payroll posting to SAP Finance · The resource needs to have experience in SAP ALE configuration for linking the SAP HCM system with multiple SAP FI systems or vice versa. · Must have ability to perform configuration on HCM & FI integrations through ALE IDOC. · Have the ability to deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements associated with SAP ABAP (ALE IDOC). · Participate in user functional and technical specification creation · Ability to analyze user needs and architect complete solutions *Experience Required* · At least 4-6 years of SAP HCM-FICO experience · At least 2 full SAP FI life cycle implementation projects experience with Payroll Integration. · Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effective communicate with internal and external customers. · Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
