*Qualifications:*
seeking an individual to provide IBM Mainframe Security support (L1 & L2)
as part of a team for a key client. The person selected for this position
will troubleshoot DB2 security errors and provide incident management
troubleshooting and problem resolution support. Client provides 24 x 7
support of these services with the team providing "on-call support" during
non-standard work hours to address service calls involving system access
issues.

*Skills and Experience includes:*
- RACF Incident Support experience
- DB2 Security and Incident Management experience
- Vanguard Administrator/zSecure support
- HP ServiceManager user experience
- IBM (IMS, TSO, ISPF, JCL, MVS)
- Control-M/EM (ECS)
- OPS log

*Other Skills for the role includes:*
- Learning agility and technical aptitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot mainframe security issues (proven decision making
and diagnostic skills)
- Very good documentation skills (technical documentation in knowledge base)
- Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule (non-standard work hours)
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Effective in developing and maintaining professional relationships across
the client enterprise
- Highly developed listening and comprehension skills to interpret
techncial concepts, procedures & issues
- General knowledge of IBM Mainframe platform/technology
