   - Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves complex software/hardware matters
   to meet business needs.
   - Coordinates hardware/software installations and upgrades to ensure
   work is properly performed in accordance with customer policies. Recommends
   resolution to complex matters of significance and coordinates the
   implementation of the approved course of action.
   - Manage the design, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development,
   upgrade and support of all Windows servers, operating systems, hardware,
   software, and peripherals. Strong technical knowledge of network
   fundamentals and MS OS Windows Server 2012, 2008 R2, 2003.
   - Highly self-motivated, and able to thrive productively in highly
   secure physical and cyber setting.
   - Ability to work effectively and handle multiple concurrent work tasks
   on a daily basis in a fast paced and demanding business environment.
   - Excellent communication skills both oral and written and be able to
   effectively communicate technical issues and alternatives in layman terms
   as required.
   - Be comfortable and productive working in team/matrix environment,
   multi-discipline teams with customers one-on-one, and/or independently
   without direct supervision.
   - Knowledge and familiarity with customer support best practices and use
   of ticket tracking application.
   - Proven team player dedicated to providing top level, positive customer
   service delivery at all times. Strong work ethic, be committed to customer
   success, and demonstrate passion for high customer sat.
