Purpose and Description:

·         A team of information security and compliance professionals
focused on risk reduction by providing the correct information to the right
people at the right time.

·         Undertake multiple initiatives / projects to drive TROs strategy
as well as assist management with consulting business and technical
strategy and functionality. Support projects and initiatives throughout the
project lifecycle. This will include:

·         Independent initiates, investigate, document, and analyze clients
systems requirements in complex project areas such as: new business
operating models with innovative approaches to IT solutions support, market
research of emerging or available product functionality and operational
readiness assessment

·         Independently assesses scope and impact of client business needs
to define a project and lead partnering IT services in accomplishing those
needs

·         Identifies and documents cross-functional and/or cross-divisional
requirements, IT functional requirements, workflow, information sources and
distribution paths, and system specifications

·         Develops complex business cases with cost, service, benefit and
ROI dimensions of proposed IT projects that are used at management and
executive levels for funding and scope decisions

·         Analyze and define efficient, cost effective IT solutions that
support client business processes and functional requirements for complex
IT projects or tasks on large IT projects

·         Evaluates existing application products that could address client
requirements and develop recommendations where appropriate,
Evaluates alternative operational efficiencies

·         Conducts and/or participates in the analysis of client business
processes and functional requirements and in the preparation of appropriate
documentation to communicate and validate the information

·         Conducts workflows, process diagrams and gap analysis to identify
system, application and/or hardware needs

·         Identify overlaps and related processes

·         Collaborate with client in implementation of the planning,
marketing, training and operating of automated systems

·         Design and implement training programs for train-the-trainers for
clients of new and enhanced applications

·         Provides product expertise to client groups, delivers
presentations, demonstrations and training for application systems

Responsibilities:

·         This position is within the Access Management, Technology and
Operations Organization.

·         It is a customer facing position which documents functional
requirements, analyzes business process, and develops business cases to
support IT solutions.

·         These functions are critical to supporting TROs innovative
culture as well as supporting the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the
Access Management, Technology organization.
Principal Responsibilities:

·         This position requires strong business and technology consulting
skills including problem solving, managing business relationships, customer
diplomacy, technology management, program coordination and solution
delivery in support of TROs responsibilities for security and compliance.

·         The key responsibilities include business engagement development
and concept definition, consulting, solution planning, requirement and
business process engineering, as well as coordination with cross-functional
teams.

·         Business Analysts will independently handle a variety of high
profile requests and produce high quality deliverables.

·         The right candidate must be results oriented with business and
technology savvy and the ability to manage multiple priorities as well as
effectively deliver solutions and services.

Education:

·         Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or a minimum of 4 years
of equivalent experience.

Required Experience and skills:

·         A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis including
technology assessment, enterprise alignment, customer and vendor
relationships, process improvement, developing and executing delivery plans
for large complex IT systems,

·         Strong knowledge of process development and business requirements
management

·         Knowledge of Access Management and Information Security; basic
understanding of Identity and Access Management products such as Oracle
Identity Manager, Active Directory, Windows Access Management, etc.

·         Ability to analyze complex system and technology problems

Desired Skills:

·         Knowledge of IT Risk, policies, practices and systems,
Complete understanding and ability to work independently in application of
principles, concepts, practices, and standards,

·         Knowledge of Access Management and Information Security.

·         Basic understanding of IAM products such as Oracle Identity
Manager, CyberArc, Active Directory, Windows Access Management, etc.

·         Strong knowledge of process development and business requirements
management.

·         Solid written and oral communications skills with an ability to
present and obtain Sr. Management buy-in.

·         Experience managing cross functional teams spanning multiple
organizations and locations.

·         Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrix and fast paced environment.
