*Greetings from VLS Systems..!* Below is the requirement with our client and kindly review the details as below and if you feel interested in the job position please send me a copy of your updated resume along with your details.. *Job Title : Sharepoint Administrator* *Location : San Diego, CA* *Duration : 6-12+ Months* *MUST BE US CITIZEN OR GREENCARD HOLDER* *MUST HAVES* · Skills in working with the customers in gathering requirements for a SharePoint implementation. · Have recently designed and implemented SharePoint solutions involving customized libraries or lists with forms and workflows. · Have at least 2 years of experience troubleshooting with SharePoint issues, such as permissions. · Experience setting up a multi-server SharePoint farms. · Working with a ticketing system such as Remedy. *Duties & Responsibilities:* 1) Systems Administrator exclusively dedicated to the SharePoint platform (minimum 5 yrs experience) with required experience in the following: a) SharePoint Designer advanced techniques b) Content Types c) Deep understanding of relational databases as it pertains to SharePoint lookups in lists d) Familiarity with XSLT, XML, CSS, HTML e) OOB Web Part configuration 2) Collaborates with systems analysts, development and functional teams to understand business requirements. 3) Provides creative technical solutions to a wide range of highly complex problems. 4) Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information. 5) Performs other duties as assigned or required. 6) Experience with the following technologies is a plus: a) K2 platform b) JavaScript/jQuery c) Angular JS d) Team Foundation Server e) Project Server *Qualifications:* · Typically requires a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related discipline and six or more years of progressive professional systems administration experience in an information technology department. May substitute equivalent working experience in the field in lieu of education. · Must demonstrate a complete understanding of system administration concepts, practices, and standards including but not limited to system installation, configuration and management, performance tuning and measurement, back-up, recovery, TCP/IP and related internet protocols and network concepts, security/firewalls, web servers, and load balancing. · Must have organizational skills including scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates. · Must be able to contribute to the development of new processes and resolve a variety of complex technical problems in a creative and efficient manner. · Must be customer focused and possess: o the ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret data and develop solutions to a variety of highly complex problems; o excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings; o excellent interpersonal skills to guide employees; o the ability to represent the company as a knowledgeable resource on external projects; and o excellent computer skills. · Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required. *Thanks and Regards* James | Talent Acquisition - Manager | V.L.S Systems Inc.
