UDW-Retirement Roadmap; 180+ *What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?* Playing a Project Manage and Scrum Master role , leading UDW projects. In Project Manager Role, responsible for managing project plan, issues, risks, producing status reports and communicating to stakeholders. In Scrum Master Role, responsible for conducting daily standups and sprint ceremonies, leading the team to produce the desired results, and working close with product owner to manage scope and provide direction to the team. *What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?* 10+ years of PM/Scrum Master experience working in large, complex, matrix organization. Mange project timeline, scope , financials, issues and risks. Lead Scrum meetings to drive deliverables. Lead internal review sessions to discuss issues and questions related to requirements documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve issues. Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data. Provide explanations and information related to data analysis findings to both project team and business stakeholders. Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experienced with Agile methodology is MUST. Communicate with many levels of the organization, business stakeholders/SME, project managers, system architects, quality assurance, etc. Experienced with large data warehouse projects. Able to meet & deliver quality work on tight schedule. MS Office, MS Project, Rally, Visio. Excellent communication skills – oral & written Verifiable 5+ year of experience on data warehouse projects. Bachelor degree required in related field. Verifiable 5+ year of Agile experience.
