This is a new role for a new multi-year project on an expanding team. The project will be a trade surveillance project (monitor for insider trading, market abuse, suitability, etc.). The role includes business analysis and testing. Must create business and functional requirements docs. They will run queries, do data mappings, data analysis, and work flow analysis. They must write test cases, and test. They must lead the offshore resource from Role 1 of 5. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years in financial services with strong knowledge of the securities industry. • Strong Communication Skills, especially technical writing. • Previous consulting experience—including the ability to onboard quickly and produce tangible results in minimal time. • Experience with data mapping, data validation, and ETL projects. • Experience creating technical specifications, BRDs, FSDs, technical specifications, test cases, etc. • Detail oriented and deadline oriented • Basic Structured Query Language (SQL) • Scrum Experience • Bachelors Degree Additional Helpful Qualifications: • Trade surveillance domain knowledge is a very big plus • Unified Modeling Language (UML ) I look forward to working with you. *Thanks & Regards,* Sam Jacob Sr. Recriter innoSoul, Inc.
