Description: - Define & develop robust test plans, execute testing, document results, and resolve issues - Identify test case and data requirements across a complex architecture of highly integrated systems and business processes. - Understand system dependency and provide a comprehensive testing strategy to make the testing process effective & efficient - Perform functional and regression testing - Design and develop automation testing scripts & processes - Monitor & track sourcing applications’ interfaces in development, testing and production environments - Work with end users to perform acceptance testing - Work effectively in a cross-team environment - Adapt to a dynamic business environment, proactively seeking ways to improve IT value to the organization - Work well in a global, multi-channel, multi-brand business environment, being able to communicate effectively with business associates across different cultures, time zones and languages - Keep up with the current industry software testing strategies, trends, and best practices - Continuously look for ways to improve the Global Sourcing Team’s testing processes - Work with users in analyzing and resolving production issues in a timely manner - Communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written form to IT team as well as business users. Although this position will be located in the New Jersey office, occasional travel to our New York City offices will be required.
