Please share good resource for below mention position; *Please share resume at [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Client:* SAIC *Position:* Project Manager *Location:* Carson City, NV *Agency:* State of Nevada Department of Transportation *Duration:* 6 Months Contract to Perm (contract to hire) *Start Date:* ASAP *Interview Process:* Phone and In-Person C2C *Permanent Salary**:* To Be Negotiated at the Interview *Citizenship:* US Citizen *Resumes Due**:* EOD, Wednesday March 18, 2015 *PROJECT OVERVIEW* Consultant will work on various Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) projects as requested by the State project lead to include project management on the Strategic Data Plan initiative. *EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED* Candidate must have the capability to perform the functions described below in *Scope of Work*. *Candidate must have experience in the following:* · Successful project team experience on a similar type project; · Project scheduling and work planning tools; · The ability to define a scope of work; · Communications planning; · Resource planning; · Schedule development; · *Risk management;* · *Project budget management;* · Functional requirements definition; · Technical requirements definition; · Work breakdown structure; · *Test plan development;* · Test script writing; · *Change control and configuration management;* · Reports and project reporting templates; · Proven experience with at least two (2) project management methodologies used during previous projects; · A minimum of five (5) years of project management leadership in a relevant functional or technical field; and · Formal project management training and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant discipline. *Candidate must have a good working knowledge and strong technical background and experience in system analysis, oral and written skills.* *SCOPE OF WORK* Candidate will work on various NDOT software and system development projects ranging in size from small to large as requested by NDOT management which includes Project Management with in-house developers and contracted vendors. Consultant must perform all activities to the agreed upon project plan/schedule.
