platform by adhering to (SDLC) methodology, Rich experience in technical
design and documentation

•             Ability to develop technical documentation/diagrams as well
as unit testing, change management and release procedures

•             Experience in converting business requirements into
technical designs and software requirements’

•             Must have an advanced understanding of coding design and
documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management

•             Able to communicate technical direction and issues to
business partners

•             Ability to Interact with vendors and internal business units
as part of support activities and new project implementation schedules.

•             Knowledge of database design and network architecture
pertaining to IVR, CTI

•             Knowledge of Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVR) with
Speech recognition technology, Knowledge of Computer Telephony Integration
(CTI)

•             Effective verbal and written communication skills .
