The selected candidate will perform the following duties: - Expert for a technical development or execution environment product or set of product (SharePoint) - Principle point of contact to handle all SharePoint tasks (Administration, Migrations, Training, Development) - Meet with business area clients, assess business needs, identify user stories, design solutions, build prototypes, solicit feedback, iterate solutions, oversee UAT of the solutions, and deploy into the business area - Create solutions using existing out-of-the-box SharePoint services, features, apps, workflows, and web parts - Install and configure DSA's SharePoint 2013 environment, migrate 2010 SharePoint apps and site collections to 2013 SharePoint - Train staff on using the developed solutions - Deliver support and design for industry specific applications that require integration with statewide systems or applications - Interact with executive level business users or technical experts - May function as a niche SME Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical study - 5 years of Microsoft SharePoint (versions 2007 and 2010) - 4 years of installing and configuring SharePoint (versions 2007, 2010, 2013) with strong emphasis on 2013 and migrations - 1 year of development experience with SharePoint 2013 - 4 years of Business Analyst Skills (assess business needs, identify user stories, design solutions) - Communication/Interpersonal Skills (Training staff, setting up meetings to gather requirements) - 5 years of building SharePoint Sites/Site Collections (Developing Workflows, Info-Path Forms, SharePoint Designer) - 1 year working independently as a Senior Developer/SME - 4 years of SharePoint Administration UNICON International, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
