*Title T3 Support Engineer*
*Location Gilbert, AZ* *Duration 6 months C2H ( Must)/ Fulltime* *Summary:* As part of the Commercial Insertion Operations team, this position will be responsible for T3 Support for the CI platform. Currently focused on the Invidi platform this position will provide in-depth support for the Operational group and ensure platform stability and uptime. Working closely with the Testing team to ensure smooth transition of new functionality into the production environment, developing training and procedures as necessary. In addition this position will work at identifying and communicating improvements and changes to the platform to support operational needs as an ongoing effort. *Must be detail oriented and willing to work shifts. EchoStar is a 24/7/365 operation and this job may require working non-business hours for an extended period.* *Responsibilities:* · Provide Operational Support for the Addressable Platform which is a 24/7/365 system · Develop In-Depth Technical & Operational understanding of the platform · Ability to develop documentation for deployment into production · Ability and willingness to develop and deploy training · Ability to use/configure and troubleshoot SNMP tools · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision · Meet deadlines and complete assignments in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards. · This Position will have 0-25% travel between our Uplink Centers *(Cheyenne, WY & Gilbert, AZ) and our Denver location as assigned. * *Basic Requirements:* · BS in a related field; and four to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience · *3+ years’ experience supporting a Production Environments in a 24/7/365 mode* · Experience with Windows Server and Red Hat OS Environments · Familiarity with change control processes in production environments. · Willing and able to work any shift assigned as dictated by the needs of the business · Must be able to travel from between our Uplink Centers (Cheyenne, WY & Gilbert, AZ) and also our Denver location as assigned *Preferred Qualifications:* · Experience with Video Compression, MPEG and Satellite Broadcasting. · Experience with Commercial Insertion technologies and Business Operations · Experience with maintaining/troubleshooting Environments (Windows Server & Red Hat Linux) · Microsoft Server Admin Experience · Microsoft cluster Environments · Microsoft SQL · SOAP · Networking Setup and Troubleshooting · Windows Authentication/Security Skills (DNS lookups, etc.) · Dell IDRAC · EMC Isilon Admin Please provide me following details .
