They need to be creative and able to dive in and make the site interactive. Someone with a good eye for this. We need design skills first, and coding as secondary. The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years designing interactive sites. Strong understanding of visual design principles. Fluent in Photoshop and Illustrator. A portfolio is a must, showing proven experience in story mapping, wireframes, outstanding creativity, and UX sensibilities. Most designers should be able to prototype with CSS, Javascript and HTML.
