Ideal candidate must demonstrate developed skills with EMC IT's products and services portfolio. Will provide expertise across many technologies and provide escalation support. The team member will participate in IT Proven programs to help drive the development of the next generation of EMC products and helping EMC to leverage their own product technologies globally. This new member will join forces with managed storage team to share in activities of daily operational support of managed storage services and supporting infrastructure Assist us with the definition and implementation of storage and protection best practices Work with us to deliver high availability, security, manageability and reliability of the managed storage services Design, build, support, and maintain the entire lifecycle of the managed storage infrastructure Partner with all it teams, including solution architects, change advisory board, business technology and solutions delivery groups in delivering ITaaS Work with the team in deployment , management and support of the tools used to monitor, alert and manage the managed storage infrastructure Contribute to performance analysis and optimization activities in support of the managed storage infrastructure Participate in peer forums , training tech talks, roundtables, customer briefings & customer tours Contribute expertise to it proven initiatives enhancing EMC products and services Participate in proof of concepts and beta testing, documenting findings and contributing to related services planning Partner with managed storage team members and EMC engineering to contribute experience and findings to development of EMC products/services Join the team in discovery and implementation of tools and procedures for better storage and data protection management Work with team to validate and enhance documentation of procedures and processes.
