*Job Title* Oracle CRM Functional *Project Location* Burlington, MA *Duration* 3 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* Skills (ADVANCED/EXPERT): Service Contracts - Oracle EBS TeleService - Oracle EBS (must be EXPERT) Telesales - Oracle EBS (must be EXPERT) ORA - Applications Questions (ANSWERS MUST BE YES) Have you led an R12 implementation of Telesales, Service Contracts, Install Base, iSupport, TeleService, Knowledge Base in the last 2 years? Do you have at least 3 implementations of Telesales, Service Contracts, Install Base, iSupport, TeleService, Knowledge Base in R12 as the lead? Description: Need a resource to help us assess the R12 upgrade requirements for *Telesales, Service Contracts, Install Base, iSupport, TeleService, Knowledge Base.* The assessment is 8 weeks, followed by the main project. We would look for this person to be on the main project team also.
