Local candidates J Rates are negotiable! *ETL DEVELOPER* Job Description: Ø Responsible for ETL design and development to support CBIA platform Ø Ensures that the BI and Data solution platform conforms to consistent architecture, methodologies, standards and industry best practices. Ø Architect, design and develop business functional specific semantic/metadata layer. Ø Effectively interact with the business community to gather and develop functional and technical requirements and translate those requirements into robust analytics and reporting solutions Ø Provides expert advice in the usage and interpretation of data for different business groups and required technical direction to resolve complex issues to ensure the on-time delivery of solutions that meet business expectations Ø Plans, organizes and develops data dictionary for all systems required. Defines and establishes data quality and data flow rules for required data transactions. Review, analyze, evaluate, and document business systems and user requirements. Ø Partner with cross functional business units to build solutions that solve critical data, reporting and analytical challenges thereby, support and improve the decision making process. Ø Serves as a subject matter expert and direct advisor to senior leaders in the organization. Ø Keeps abreast of technological changes and innovations in the BI and DW fields Experience: Ø 6-8 years of relevant experience in designing, developing and implementing solutions as Business Intelligence or Data Architect. Ø Expert level proficiency and experience in Oracle PL/SQL Ø Experience with ETL tools like ODI(preferred) Ø Experience with BI and OLAP ; OBIEE, Business Objects or equivalent . IBM Cognos 10 is preferred Ø Experience in developing test scripts and executing effective test plans and procedures Ø Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts and methodologies Ø Proven experience with building efficient business processes and delivering project which improve end-user productivity while maintaining appropriate business controls Ø Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ø Deep understanding of data modeling principles Ø Strong working knowledge of operational business processes Ø Ability to translate information and data into actionable strategies to support growth Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ø Ability to resolve complex business and technical issues Ø Highly collaborative and strong interpersonal skills Ø Excellent presentation skills Ø Excellent research, analysis and problem-solving skills Ø High level attention to detail Ø A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace Ø Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL *Regards,* *Monajir Khan* *Techwire Solutions, Inc* Suite #700,1999 S.
