Please send the resume at R <[email protected]>anjith@Softsages,com or Call at | 484 772 8165 | *Project Manager/SCRUM Master* *Location:* Montgomery, AL *Duration:* 18+ months *Client:* State of Alabama *Phone and Phone/Skype!!!!* *Provide the following duties:* • Responsible for running complex projects; which includes handling tasks that are involved in designing and development, as well as production and possibly procurement. • Undertakes strategy creation for contingency planning and risk mitigation • Fully utilizing Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) from a Project perspective, tracking: requirements, work items, bugs, deliverables, builds, and source code. • Facilitate delivery of program objectives. • Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately at the program level. •Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals. •Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management. •Provide mentoring and coaching where and when appropriate to other members of the team to better equip the team to be as productive and efficient as possible •Follow Scrum/Agile Methodology during Design, Development and Implementation phases •Other duties may be assigned. *Provide the following deliverables per direction of and assignment by the Program Manager:* •Project Plan •Project Status Reports •Weekly and Monthly Reporting and management duties as assigned or required •Utilize Sprint burn down charts •All identified project documentation and artifacts •Other deliverables as identified & assigned *The Project Manager provided shall, at a minimum, meet the following requirements or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience:* *Experience:* •Project Management Professional (PMI) Certification •Ability to organize and facilitate project related meetings with customer, development staff, and sponsor level staff •Proficiency with MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, VISIO) •Proficiency with MS Project, MS Project Server (PWA) and MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) •Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions •Experience working with test plans and test cases •Ability to work with end users/customers to understand and develop requirements •Experience with Project Status Reporting •Experience with Project Quality Management •Experience with Project Budget Management •Experience with Project Resource/Staffing Management •Experience with Project Change Management •Experience with Project Issue Management •Experience with project management methodology and able to apply methodology in a practical manner •Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN, etc.) •Needs to be able to work independently and not rely on State or other team members for direction *Skill/Technology:* •Five years’ experience with Extensive Knowledge of IT project management; specific experience and knowledge of the following: •Working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Ability to develop and negotiate win/win solutions to project issues •Capable of facilitating SCRUM Teams with sprints, stand-ups, impediment resolution, events (Planning, Retrospectives, etc.) •Ability to break down prioritized deliverables (Product backlogs) into individual iterations (Sprint backlogs) •Experience with system requirements and their constraints/dependencies •Proven record of delivering robust, on-time solutions within budget •Commitment to personal and professional development *Education/Certification:* •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with advance education in fields related to position or equivalent experience •Certification from SCRUMAlliance or Scrum.org as Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Product Owner (CSPO) is desired *Thank you, and have a great day.* *Thanks,* *Ranjith Nair* *| **[email protected]* <[email protected]>*|* *Direct No - *484 772 8154 <14847728154> *| **484 402 7869 X 104** |* *Softsages LLC | **A e-verified, MBE certified corporation.* In case of my unavailability, you can reach my manager, Aman at 484 604 0603 / [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
