*JOB DESCRIPTION *
• We are looking for an individual with practical experience to drive the
service management process across supplier and other service providers.
• Interfacing with other IS delivery teams for coordination of issues,
status reporting, and issue resolution.
• Lead the service management team. Own the service management process and
ensure the same is adhered by the team. Bring the ITIL best practices and
assist client to implement them.
• Continuously improve the overall quality of support and increase customer
satisfaction Create reports, define and measure metrics to track user
satisfaction and team performance Hire and train new employees as well
as
providing feedback and support for the team regarding technical issues
Prioritize issues and manage the ticketing system Solve high-level issues
and provide cost and effort estimations for individual custom adaptations
Conduct daily stand-up meetings Oversee interface standards and
governance model, including quality.
