Applies commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Works on problems of simple to moderate scope. Exercises judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Identifies issues and provides resolution within the workgroup or to the customer. Normally receives detailed instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments. Codes business logic, screen interfaces, and database interfaces using database specific languages. May assist in performing the tests in the testing process for small application releases or complex software enhancements. Performs other duties as assigned.
