Please be sure to include their phone number, email address, rate, and current location. *ALSO, THIS CLIENT ONLY ALLOWS H1B and EAD on C2C, NO **GREEN** CARDS or CITIZENS* *LOOKING FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES* Interview will most likely be first round phone screen and second round in-person LOCATION: Brooklyn, NY LENGTH: 6 month contract DESCRIPTION: *Role and Responsibilites* · Design, analyze, develop, code, debug and document programming to satisfy business requirements for large, complex projects related to data storage and reporting. · Adhere to architecture standards, risk management and security policies. · Translate functional specifications into technical specifications and runbooks in support of application builds. · Perform application development build tasks and perform application coding using ETL, database and scheduling software. · Communicate timely build status on development items to management team, as well as raise/work to resolve issues impacting development · Assist in third level support of applications once delivered into Production. · Troubleshoot ongoing production issues by analyzing end to end data flow · Coordinate with teams located in multiple locations including offshore · Code reviews and enforce team to follow the best practices & standards *Skills* · Strong Communication Skills are a must · 8+ years of experience with related technologies and the Software Development Life Cycle · Strong SQL and data modeling skills required · Development Experience with Informatica ETL · Development Experience with scheduling software such as Control-M or Autosys · Experience with database development and design including experience with Oracle and/or Sybase · Ability to multi-task and engage productively on multiple projects simultaneously · Ability to balance application development and application support needs · Good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences that include peers, partners, and senior IT and Business management · Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent major *Regards,* *Monajir Khan* *Techwire Solutions, Inc* Suite #700,1999 S.
