*Technical/Functional Skills* · 5+ years of experience in SAP applications related work experience including at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation in PP · Minimum of one full lifecycle implementation completed (blueprint through testing) plus some activity on other projects Strong configuration and testing skills in the areas of SAP Production Planning, Production Execution, Shop Floor Execution and Plant Maintenance · Solid understanding of the business and the SAP product set in order to effectively analyze the current state and how changes may need to be made to successfully implement a SAP solution Demonstrated track record of leadership and client management · Strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to write at a publication quality level in order to communicate findings and recommendations to the clients senior management team · Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills · Ability and willingness to travel on a targeted 80% travel schedule *Roles & Responsibilities* · Candidates need to be highly experienced within SAP PP-PI / PP / QM, ideally with 8+ years experience. · Candidates require a strong understanding & experience of manufacturing business processes in the Pharmaceutical Industry specifically, Batch Management with Process Manufacturing, Recipe Management and Made to Stock Manufacturing. · Possess a good understanding in Made to Order processes including Variant Manufacturing · Experience of working in Pharmaceutical validated environments including an understanding of 21CFR Part 11 / Part 820 compliance · Experience of Integration of SAP with 3rd party Shop Floor systems (weighing systems, MES systems, etc.) · Deep domain knowledge and ability to lead discussions / workshops with strong communication skills · Candidates require the ability to lead & guide a team of SAP Functional consultants in the manufacturing stream & interact with offshore based team of technical consultants · Candidates require a minimum of 2 SAP Rollout Projects / Implementations as the Manufacturing Stream lead · Camdidates also require a good understanding of SAP Template based Rollout Projects · Experience of working with International teams and Global delivery models · Any experience working with European customers is advantageous - *Duration of assignment *(in Months) 2 years *Work Location * RTP, North Carolina Regards, *Hemendra kumar* *[email protected]* <[email protected]> | tel. 703-468-3024 I YM. hem_rajpoot2012 ABOUT THIS E-MAIL: The information transmitted is intended only for the person or entity to which it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged material.
