Information Security experience is required. Foundational knowledge and experience in the Information Security computing environment and operations is desired. This position entails tactical/technical development and interaction with other client organizations (e.g. facilities) to coordinate and plan IT related tasks within other primary projects. *Responsibilities:* • Develop, monitor, and control overall project plans for assigned projects. • Primary focus will be on IT Security activities related to support IT Security based projects. • Includes development of detailed activity level schedule, developing total effort estimates (scheduled & cost), develop itemized budget, risk management plan, issue management plan, and change management plan. • Responsible for managing multiple vendors and business partners to deliver work on schedule, budget, and within agreed upon scope. • Partner with business operations teams to ensure the transition from project state to operations. Includes developing and executing a formal communication strategy with business units impacted by projects. • Derive and administer all aspects of change management associated with related projects. • Outlining all change requests opened against the project, effort, impact, owner, etc. • Work with project coordinators to establish financial management plan: itemized by work type / vendor rolling up to overall project budget • Responsible for developing Budget and tracking Actuals and Estimate at Complete on a weekly basis. • Outlining all risks identified by project team, likelihood of occurrence, impact if risk occurs, mitigation plan, owner, etc. • Outlining all issues opened against the project, severity, resolution plan, owner, etc. • Weekly status reports – integration of all of the above mentioned deliverables framed to assess overall, cost, schedule, scope, and resources statuses. *Required:* • Strong foundational knowledge of IT Security principles. • Foundational knowledge of IT services as they intersect with general and SCADA operations • Ability to partner with external and internal teams and able to develop overall project plan to achieving targeted business goals and outcomes. • Estimate effort (schedule & cost) to delivery project. • Tactical: detail oriented / forms decisions based on data driven fact. • Must be able to drill down on plan to determine data and determine cause-and-effect relationships between issues and impacts on plan, e.g., total hours / dollars spent working on software development and unit testing; total hours / dollars spend to date with vendor and expected total spend. • Project Management Expert MS-Excel • Ability to manage and control project budgets across multiple vendors to a rolled up line itemized overall project view. • Tracking actuals to date, forecasting Estimates at complete on a weekly basis. • Strong implementation of project risk management in the effort to identify potential problems and develop plans to prevent problems from occurring. • Ability to clearly identify issues and leverage as a mechanism for effective escalation to management to aid in resolution. • Ability to effectively synthesize actual results relative to plan performance, including ability to understand and communicate effects of open risks, issues, and project changes against the plan to provide clear assessment. *Thank you, and have a great day.* *Sujith.M* Technical Associate SoftSages LLC | A e-verified, MBE certified corporation. *[email protected]* <[email protected]> | Direct : *484 772 8165* <14847728165> |* 484 402 7869 X 103 * In case of my unavailability, you can reach my manager, Aman at *| *484 604 0603 *| | *[email protected] *|* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
