*Job Title* HCM Functional Analyst *Project Location* FL-Florida/Jacksonville *Duration* 6 Months *MOI * Telephonic+skype *Skills Required and Job Description:* As a HCM Functional Analyst, you must have a strong background in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM, including People Tools 8.51 or higher, Peoplecode, Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, and Application Engine. The position requires experience with conducting fit/gaps, confirming requirements, data converting, and configuring set up tables, performing unit tests, and preparing documentation. Preferred experience with Banking and Financial Services Clients. QUALIFICATIONS Peoplesoft HCM implementation experience from at least two implementations Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and integration with HCM Experience in set up of US Benefits administration and ADP Payroll Interface Experience in PeopleSoft Security, Approval Workflow Engine(AWE) & Self-service (Client, ESS) Experience in setting up organizational structures Experience with PS org charts Must be able to work with customers, project managers, business SME s, IT SMEs and vendors. Must collaborate with subject matter experts, various stakeholders and fellow developers to design, develop, implement and support complex business solutions. Must be able to work independently in a team environment with local and remote teams Must possess problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary Note: Working overtime maybe expected in order to meet tight deadlines EXPERIENCE 4 yrs experience with PeopleSoft HCM, and People Tools, Peoplecode, Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, Application Engine and Oracle 11 or higher Proven proficiency and working knowledge with Security protocols, tools, reports, processes and practices Experience in PeopleSoft Security, Approval Workflow Engine(AWE) & Self-service (Client, ESS) Technical expertise with PeopleSoft, Oracle and AIX or Linux to ensure support for Banking and Financial Services customers.
