*Position brief: *The middleware architecture of the application is made in
ruby on Rails which acts as a router and proxies HTTP requests to
single-purpose micro services which are also written in Ruby on Rails.

We are looking for a QA Lead with *10+ years* of SQA Industry experience.

Candidate should have good experience in Automation of test scripts
using Python .

Nice to have experience in Managing linux servers & Deployment tools
like Salt or Ansible, NOC, Bcfg2, cdist, ISconf, Juju.

Daily management of Quality Assurance activities, leading at least 1
other QA Engineer under the direction of the QA Manager

Develop and Maintain master and release test plans including estimation
of testing efforts
-
Write automated acceptance tests from requirement criteria.
-
Assist Automation team with integrating all automation into the
continuous integration pipeline for repeatable and testable deployments
-
Lead proper QA implementation within the product development life cycle
in an Agile environment

Assist in or write requirements (use cases and user stories)
-
Communicate testing progress, trends and quality to product team
regularly

Lead the management of manual test executions and defects
-
Create and Manage deployment pipeline including deployment procedures
and release notes

Lead the management of UAT planning, scheduling and results measurements
-
Perform Integration, System, Security, Performance, White and Black Box
Functional testing

Create automated testing tools where appropriate for more repeatable and
consistent manual testing

Work closely with product management, designers and developers to
ensure successful implementation of requirements.

Collaborate with peer QA engineers to establish a clear testing strategy
-
Track issues and ensure bugs are being addressed and prioritized
-
Execute test plan, strategy via test cases and other methods of testing
against variety of consumer electronic devices (mobile and not)
