*- Lead service area (Storage) process review by evaluating current
standards and documentation. *





































* - Facilitate the design of service capabilities that include business
processes and RACIs in alignment with the functional teams across the
organization - Develop process flows, design specification and other
service documentation that addresses integration, consistency and
continuity across interfaces of organizations, processes and technologies -
Provide SME support to IT transition teams in creating processes,
procedures and tools configurations to in-source IT Infrastructure
operations - Design continual improvement to meet service level agreements
and KPI targets - Support education and strengthen communications to
demonstrate the value of service maturation across the organization -
Establish knowledge on strategy and design for successful service planning
and deployments Key Skills - 10 years in a variety of IT Infrastructure
roles - 3 + years of enterprise IT tools experience - 3+ years demonstrable
experience designing and troubleshooting business process - Ability to
deliver on assignments while managing multiple tasks - Ability to provide
good customer service and problem resolution - Capable of working in a
global team and having a global mind set with flexibility to accommodate
the timing and balance that requires - Ability to translate service
strategy concepts into plans and actions to provide value to Ford - Good
analytical skills based on facts and data - Technology background and
experience to understand development, infrastructure and tool - Effective
communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex
business and technical subjects in clear terms for a variety of audiences -
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of
business customers and IT personnel - Ability to take the initiative and
work with minimal supervision - Experience with office productivity and
collaboration tools. (i.e. Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) - A
process, customer and quality mindset, ideally with a track-record of
applying suitable methodologies - Knowledge and an interest in building
expertise in industry best practices (e.g. ITIL, COBIT) - Preferred
