I wanted to share another requirement I have with, Hewlett Packard. This position is for a Solaris Admin and it would be located in Alpharetta, GA. This project would last for 2 years and it is open to all visa types. This is a high priority and we know the hiring manager will move fast if they see the right candidate. Please see the job description and details below and let me know if you have any available consultants that would be a good fit for this. Our maximum pay for this position is $40/hr C2C. LOCATION: Alpharetta, GA DESCRIPTION: Design, install, administer, and optimize company servers and related components to achieve high performance of the various business applications supported by tuning the servers as necessary. This includes ensuring the availability of client/server applications, configuring all new implementations, and developing processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server environment. Where applicable, assist in overseeing the physical security, integrity, and safety of the data center/server farm. Requirement - Intermediate/senior level Sun Solaris resource with experience with HP UX and/or Unix. This person needs to be a seasoned Systems Admin who has some supervisory/project management experience. If the person has some architectural background this would be a bonus. Duties include: § Production support/break-fix § System software installation and updates, § Apply critical security updates for applications and operating systems § Capacity management § Storage management on the local servers § Data backup and restoration as needed § Execute upgrades and maintenance to the Unix Infrastructure § Provide 24x7x365 availability of the Unix Infrastructure § Provide systems and security administration, i.e. operating system installation, maintenance and upgrading, responding to Trouble Tickets and alerts *Regards,* *Monajir Khan* *Techwire Solutions, Inc* Suite #700,1999 S.
