*Hope you doing great* *This is VINEETA from TRG Inc.* *Please share profiles on [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Title: Optical Network Infrastructure Solution Architect * *Location: Brooklyn, NY * *Duration: Contract through November 2016 with strong possibility of extensions* Under the direction of the Manager of Infrastructure Design and Standards, the candidate filling this position will have *architect-level technical responsibility for activities* in support of the client's solutions and systems. The Solution Architect will develop and coordinate integration of new technology, manage deployments, conduct performance monitoring and support processes for infrastructure technologies in more than 1,700 schools. The Solution Architect will provide expertise in development of standards documentation and will work with constituents to define and document processes. *Qualification Requirements:* *Minimum: * 1. Ability to articulate complex technical designs in English 2. BS degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or related field; (MS degree preferred) 3. Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) or Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP Routing & Switching) certification 4. Minimum 8 years of professional experience supporting information systems, technology deployments and project management in a large, enterprise environment. *Required Skills: * * Must have a minimum of *5 years' experience in DWDM and POTN technology*, its architecture and support. * Must have the ability to share and communicate ideas clearly (both orally and in writing) to executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear, concise language. * Must have *experience with multiple Hardware and Software Environments* and be comfortable with complex, heterogeneous systems environments. * Capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks based on management requests. * Ability to document findings and prepare reports. * Competency in conducting accurate situations assessments. * Demonstrated project management knowledge and experience.
