*Duration* *Long term contract* *Work Location* *Windsor Mill, MD* Description *Description of Assignment:* The Accenture team will work with SSA to support newly installed video equipment onsite at the Woodlawn, MD location. To support this initiative, Accenture is seeking resources that are recognized as an “industry expert” for Supporting this equipment *Duties to be performed:* - Inventory newly installed equipment and make recommendations for future acquisitions to enhance performance - Develop user guides for newly installed equipment in both SMC control and conference rooms - Provide overviews on usage of newly installed equipment - Develop documentation for audio/video production and technical meeting setups - Serve as a technical point of contact for newly installed equipment with external contractor support and/or help desk technicians - Provide technical advice and assistance on using advanced techniques in industry standard audiovisual practices - Research emerging trends in audiovisual production and make recommendations to move office practices forward *Recently installed equipment:* - (8) 55” Planar touch screen monitors in the Systems Media Center - (4) 55” Planar touch screen monitors in the Presentation Room - (1) USB Control Surface - (1) Datavideo HDR HDD Recorder - (4) AMX Touch Screen Interface Panels - (2) APB 32 channel Sound boards - (7) High def cameras (Sony and Vaddio) - (2) Cisco Video Codecs - (1) Apple TV Interface - (2) Smart Podium Annotation Monitors - (2) Vaddio Camera Control Units - (2) Tascam Audio/Video Recorder - (2) Aja Video System Breakout Boxes - (1) NewTek Tricaster Multi-Camera Production System - (2) JVC BluRay Players *Staff resource skillsets should include:* - A minimum of 4-8* years knowledge and/or work experience with Video equipment. - Advanced technical writing skills. - Excellent communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels. - Ability to work independently. - Experience capturing and documenting requirements (minimum of 2 years) - Experience using newly installed equipment detailed above. - Experience providing high level overviews for executives on industry standard audiovisual practices - Experience providing staff level/group overviews on equipment and audiovisual practices - Expertise with eLearning software and authoring tools - Expertise with video editing software - Expertise with video encoding and streaming tools - Expertise in audiovisual production performing a variety of pre-production, production and post-production projects - Expertise with digital video interfaces such as the AJA video systems - Expertise with HD recording with devices such as the Datavideo HDR-50 ** Bachelor’s Degree* or *above* preferred.
