Should be on senior level consultants with experience *upgrading BO reports from version 3.x to version 4.1**. *Specific hands on project experience with upgrading and/or migrating BO reports (please ask candidates how many projects worth of experience they have with* upgrading/migrating from older version specifically to version 4.1*). *BO reports development experience with version 4.1 REQUIRED.* Please do not submit candidates who do not have experience with version 4.1.
