Please go through the below mentioned requirement and let me know your interest. *Role: Oracle Database Administrator * *Location: Austin TX * *Duration: 6 month* *MUST HAVE GOLDENGATE Experience * Required Skills: • Expert knowledge and experience in Oracle software installation, configuration, patching, and upgrade. • Expert knowledge and experience with Oracle technologies, including but not limited to RMAN backup/recovery, Data Guard, Golden Gate, PL/SQL, DATAPUMP, Cloud Control, Solaris zoning for Oracle container. • Experience with performing Oracle database upgrades and migrations. • Expert knowledge and experience with Oracle database monitoring and performance tuning. • Expert knowledge and experience with database disaster recovery design and management. • Strong shell scripting skills in Bash, Bourn, or Korn shell. • Familiarity with SAN technology and enterprise level backup software. • Ability and desire to train and mentor other team members. • Well developed and demonstrable organizational skills. • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize (and reprioritize) tasks/projects in order to maintain required productivity levels. • Proven ability to create clear concise technical documentation. • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation. *Education and Experience: * • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or engineering related field or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years’ experience managing systems or implementing solutions in large enterprise environments • 5+ years’ experience as an Oracle production DBA • 5+ years’ experience using Unix and or Linux Red Hat • Must have experience managing Oracle11G on Solaris 10.
