*SAP Lead Engineer * *Location: Pittsburgh , PA*
*Duration: 6 months contract* *GC ,Citizen,EAD* *Top skills required: SAP BW/HANA and BOBJ (BEFORE Sending resume please ensure that they have very strong experience in BW/HANA & BOBJ –include skill matrix with years of experience.)* *General Tasks & Responsibilities:-* *· Responsible for complex fixes and change orders in the SAP BI environment-BW/HANA along with BOBJ or BODS will be an advantage.* *· Very good written and oral skills * *· Ability to talk to end users , understand the issues & change request* *· Able to write a small specification and communicate with the end user and gain acceptance before starting development * *· Execute the change order in an Agile development model* *· Very good programming skills with no bugs and minimal re-work* *· Ability to write very good software code , unit test and document the changes and provide smooth handover to different teams* *· Understand and follow religiously the process to migrate the change orders to production * *· Very good at SDLC process and change order process * *· Very good programming and analytical background * *· Ability to learn new technologies and new functional areas of CPG industry quickly* *Required Skills:-* *· In depth knowledge of SAP BI environment including process chains , modelling , Bex query design and development. Understanding of the SLA architecture and data extraction from the SAP ECC systems ( FICO , MM , SD , Plant maintenance etc)* *· Must be very detailed oriented and very organized* *o Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to the team and customers* *o Communicates openly and effectively in a manner consistent with the audience* *o “Can do” attitude, that can identify problems, take ownership, and provide solutions * *o Excellent customer service and engagement skills* *· Possess fantastic trouble-shooting skills, are driven to help internal/external customers and have the ability to dive deep into a new product to learn it inside and out * *· Demonstrates an adaptive style that is flexible and effective in gaining cooperation of others * *o Demonstrate sound analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are not readily defined and/or conflict with available information with the ability to reach sound decisions quickly* *Required Experience:-* *· 8+ years of experience in Maintenance/Development roles in the SAP BW technology industry and Retail domain* *· Experience in Data Analytics and in any of the areas BODS , BOBJ, BW, HANA* *Education:-* *· B.E. or M.C.A required · ITIL is required* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
