Relevant and successful job related experience may be used in lieu of a degree. • 4+ years of project management experience, including documenting process flows, gathering business requirements, preparing impact analysis and updating/maintaining project schedules in MS Project 2007/2010 required. • Good working knowledge and basic understanding of business operations and the technology used to support the operations required. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and assignments required. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required. • Strong organizational skills required. • Strong oral and written communication skills required. • Strong presentation and facilitation skills when working with key stakeholders and management required. • Strong analytical skills required. • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and SharePoint required. • Healthcare experience required.
