Dear folks,

Please share good resource for below mention position;

*Please share resume at [email protected] <[email protected]>*

Client: Directv

Title: STB Application Engineer/Embedded C++ Programmer

Location: El Segundo, CA

Duration: 18 Months

Rate: $50-$55C2C All Inclusive

US citizens, Green Cards, EAD and H1’s

NO remote work all must be done onsite

Interview process: 2 telephone interviews and One Onsite or Skype for out
of town

*Notes from the Directv account manager*

After speaking with the manager, his main criteria of selection are the
following *three skillsets within the* *past 5 years:*

*-              C++/OOD*

*-              Embedded Linux*

*-              Multi-threading knowledge*

He needs a rockstar to work on a mid-level component that sits right above
the driver in their STB system. It s written in C++ - with two components,
C and Object Oriented. This person will be doing maintenance as well as
adding features to this component. They will be troubleshooting issues
from their test group, making releases to new testing, and coordinating
test with the test group. There will be some XML involved - experience is
preferred, but not required. In addition, he has requested someone with
knowledge of C++11 and Boost - but this is also just a preference. They
would like to make improvements to this component in the future that would
include these technologies - no official plans for that yet though.

This is a mature component, and there is only one other person who is
working on it - she is the owner of the component. Needs someone that can
come up to speed fairly quickly, someone who will be able to read the code,
interpret the documentation (which there is apparently not a whole lot of),
and become familiar with everything quickly in an independent fashion.

The component is responsible for changing channels - tuning the satellite
signals.

product schedules, a quick study to learn the Tuner Dispatcher, our
