Associate is expected to work closely with customer Forte based
manufacturing applications.
Associate to have already help below responsibilities
1. Should have experience in SUN UDS (Forte 4GL & SQL Database support
or Oracle Database support - ideally some Visual Basic, PowerBuilder).
2. Strong organization skills required, with constant production of
high-quality coding following Sun Life best development practices
3. Object-Oriented, Proprietary 4GL Language (TOOL)
4. Maintain and acquire expertise of multiple enterprise-wide systems
developed upon multi-tier and client-server technologies
5. User Trainings for new functionalities developed
6. Investigation of various issues reported by users
7. Preparing documentations
8. Change Request Management
9. Provide status reports to management
10. 24X7 application Support
