*Job Title* *: SAP CRM/CIC Duration: 12 month(s) Location: Atlanta, GA* *Job Description* • Total 8+ years of experience out of which 5+ years of demonstrated hands on experience in business application design, implementation/support for SAP applicat ions CRM/CIC • 1-2 years experience in Production Support. • Atleast one year experience in CRM CIC (Customer Interaction Center) • SAP CRM and IC webClient Implementation experience highly desirable. • Experience with ERMS, CTI integration, transaction launcher • In-depth experience in SAP CRM and CIC both from a technical and functional standpoint • Experience with Web UI technology • Exposure to CAS SFA highly desirable *Process Experience* • Familiarity with the Food & Beverage industry is highly desirable. Familiar with ITSM / Service Desk ticketing systems • Understands ITIL concepts for Production Support • Understands Level 2 support requirements • Understands Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management processes • Understands how to work in a managed service environment driven by SLAs *Team Lead Experience* • Will be expected to chair meetings for clients and review SLA-related information, Root Cause Analysis of significant issues is discussed and prioritization o f work is mutually agreed upon • Experienced in providing mentoring to team members • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability, successfully lead & supervise a team, gaining the respect and support of all team members *KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES* o Self-starter, works independently o Demonstrated initiative, good judgment, and ability to achieve results o Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
