Creates standards for business process analysis and templates for requirements gathering for business system analysts. Mentors other business systems analysts on process flow documentation and requirements gathering. This individual will be required to analyse and develop high level business process models as well as work tactically on project teams to develop detailed business process models. *Duties / Activities:* • Development of standard business process templates for the Information Technology Group • Create foundational documentation of high level key applications and business processes • Facilitation of requirements sessions and prototyping for business partners • Trouble shooting, testing, and training to support project implementations • Contributes to functionality and process design for new systems • Supports in user acceptance testing and coordination of implementations • Provides direct support during initial rollout of systems *Principal responsibilities and duties:* Creation of standard templates and processes for business process documentation.
