75%-100% Travel Prefer candidates on the west coast, but location is not important for the right candidate, but must be willing to travel weekly. *Responsibilities: * Serve as a Business Analyst/subject matter expert (SME) working with senior level clients and Project Manager to identify impacts, analyze issues and drive solutions for ICD-10 initiatives. Perform impact assessment, write detail reports and specifications, drive needs into implementation and support activities such as testing for follow-on post installation activities. Provide business and technical consulting services to clients related to assessment, remediation and implementation of ICD-10 initiative. *Qualifications: * *The successful candidate will have:* • Strong healthcare business process knowledge with extensive ICD-10 knowledge and experience. • Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, Payer and/or Provider business processes. • Five plus years of Business Analysis experience, some project management experience is preferred. • Analytical, motivated and highly organized, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Proven consulting experience with ability to work at both the senior manager level and staff level. • Previous leadership assignments and business analysis experience in ICD-10 engagements • Professional appearance and demeanor • Creative imagination to develop original implementation solutions • Self-starter, problem solver and willing and able to travel • Proficient in the Microsoft Tool Suite *Thanks * *Sudhir Dubey* *United Software Group Inc.. * *565 Metro Place South.
